3. User Responsibilities

4. Payment and Pricing

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

All original design concepts, arrangements, and creative work produced by Brainprae remain our intellectual property. Clients receive usage rights for their specific installation but cannot reproduce or distribute our designs commercially.

Photos of completed projects may be used by Brainprae for marketing purposes unless specifically requested otherwise in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

Brainprae's liability is limited to the value of services provided. We are not responsible for damage to property caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to extreme weather, pest issues, or client negligence in following care instructions.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Client photos and project details are kept confidential unless permission is granted for marketing use.

9. Force Majeure

Brainprae is not liable for delays or inability to perform services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, supplier failures, transportation issues, or government restrictions.

In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to fulfill commitments as soon as circumstances allow.
